Quelle est la cause de ce problème?

Every venture (JOA) class is assigned to a number range. If such a
number range is exhausted, the class(es) which are attached to it
cannot be used for new venture (JOAs) before the number range is
extended.

- extend the number range in time, or
- use another class, or
- assign another number range to the class you want to use
