In the upload method, you have defined for some fields that input is
interactive using a dialog box.
In the current upload file, you have specified a control row with row
type indicator D for the column structure of the data rows.

Ensure that the fields entered using the dialog box in accordance with
the definition in the upload method are contained in the upload file in
the header row or in the control row with row type indicator D instead.
