empty or it only contains commentary lines or lines whose structure
greatly differs from the definition in the upload method.

Compare the structure of the file with the definition in the upload
method. Make sure that the data rows do not start with the agreed
comment character. Make sure that each data row begins with the
correcsponding indicator by using <DS:DE.FC_LINETYPEFLG>row type
indicators</>.
