You are working with the <LS>Input and Output</> formula view. An item
in this view contains a material and a substance that are based on
different data records for the item. This can happen if you have
converted the system from the separate <LS>I/O Materials</> and <LS>I/O
Substances</> views to the joint <LS>Input and Output</> view and did
not generate the two views separately in the formula first.
