If the problem occurs during the upgrade, you have most probably ignored
the activation errors in the mass activation phase of the upgrade.
Please analyze these activation errors in the activation phase of the
upgrade (a reactivation of these objects in the ACT_UPG phase might
solve the problem) and repeat the upgrade phase.
If the problem should persist please create an OSS ticket on component
BC-DWB-DIC containing the activation errors.
