Quelle est la cause de ce problème?

You have tried to rearrange the current decision table data based on
generic cells (i.e., empty cells which evaluate to true regardless of
any input value for the given column). Rearranging rows of a decision
table has the effect that the rows containing generic cells are moved to
the end of the decision table. This ensures that during evaluation, the
more specific cells take precedence over the generic ones.
However, the system has detected that the current decision table does
not contain any generic cells to be rearranged.

The decision table cannot be rearranged and remains unchanged.

Comment corriger cette erreur?

Due to the cell content of the current decision table, rearranging table
cells has currently no effect on this object. The operation works only
if a decision table contains generic cells. In case there are no generic
cells, this operation can be omitted.
