For the current definition of a managed system, you have entered an RFC
connection containing a target system without Unicode support.
If the rule definitions that you have maintained in the design time
system contain special characters which depend on a Unicode-enabled
environment, this can lead to unexpected effects at runtime:
Special characters used for short texts, texts, and descriptions of rule
objects may become unreadable in the managed system, thus making it
difficult and error-prone to use the system.
Special characters used as part of a rule definition may lead to syntax
errors during code generation.
Special characters used in comparison operations may lead to
misinterpretations during rule evaluation, thus raising the risk of
business logic errors and false decisions in the productive system.

the risks outlined above.

The risks outlined above are highly dependent on the particular
conditions in your system landscape. It is impossible for the system to
perform a reliable automatic risk estimation. Therefore, it is up to you
to thoroughly investigate the rule objects to be deployed and make sure
that no code page-related problems arise in the managed systems. We also
highly recommend carefully testing the behavior of the managed systems
to avoid any of the risks outlined above.
