Quelle est la cause de ce problème?

You have attempted to move the performance obligation to under a
performance obligation that is marked as <LS>linked</>. After the move,
the performance obligation that you select as the target will become the
upper level of the performance obligation that you try to move. Since a
<LS>linked</> performance obligation cannot have lower-level performance
obligations, you cannot select a <LS>linked</> performance obligation as
the target.

Select a performance obligation that is not marked as <LS>linked</> as
the target and then perform a cut operation.
