application object type id. It is possible to specify texts for a
ranking factor id and an application object type id separately.
Ranking factors with factor id &v1& carry the texts of the application
object type that is specified in the corresponding key field.
Ranking factors with application object type &v2& carry the texts of the
ranking factor id that is specified in the corresponding key field.
It is not possible to have factor id &v1& and application object type id
is &v2& at the same time.
