Quelle est la cause de ce problème?

The software component &v1& is part of the blacklist or is not part of
the blacklist but it was already been transported via customizing ( R3TR
TABU ). In this case only for the software component itself a program
will be generated. For all other objects belonging to the software
component no programs will be generated.

Procédure pour les administrateurs système

The software component &v1& has been added to the blacklist because it
was already delivered or the software component &v1& has been added to
the blacklist despite the fact it was already delivered. If at a later
point in time modifications to some objects of the software component
are needed, follow the steps:
Decide in which systems the software component &v1& should be kept
identical. Let's say S1 is the system in which the software component
&v1& is currently developed and actually modified. The systems S2 and S3
should be updated with all the changes of the system S1 concerning the
software component &v1& .
Take care that the software component &v1& will not be registered for
program-based transport in the systems S2 and S3 ( keep internal keys in
synch ).
The currently generated program corresponding to the software component
&v1& itself. It shall get imported in the systems S2 and S3 (using
transaction SCWB /SAP transport system ). As soon as the generated
program for the software component &v1& is imported in the systems S2
and S3, the software component is locked for changes (Modeler for Search
and Analytics / transaction ESH_MODELER).
Each further modification of the software component &v1& should be done
in the system S1 first. By saving the modification in ESH-Modeler, the
system asks for a workbench request. The changes to a software component
can be delivered in different requests. The import of these requests
into systems S2 and S3 will be done using transaction SCWB.
If the changes to the software component &v1& should be shipped to
customer, a corrective measure with the created workbench request should
be created. Afterwards create a note and generate a correction
instruction. Flag existing notes of the same software component as
"required" for the new note. This new note can be imported using SAP
note Assistant (transaction SNOTE).
