You attempted to delete the allocation for device &V1&. This is not
permitted.
This device is still required for the calculation of a billing document.
Therefore, it is not possible to delete all relevant lines at device
level or register level.
The allocation cannot be deleted as long as the current transformer
still controls a meter or a register.
