the incompletion procedure.
The country of origin (origin field &V2&) must first be maintained in
the incompletion procedure before you can add a region of origin.
It could be that:
you have not yet maintained the country of origin (origin field &V2&)
field control has been set to show region of origin (origin field &V1&)
but hide country of origin (origin field &V2&)
field control has been set to show country of origin (origin field
&V2&) but hide region of origin (origin &V1&)
