Ensure that a sufficient number of free dialog processes are available.
To do this contact your system administrator
Restart the function

Procédure pour les administrateurs système

Parallel processing requires sufficient free dialog processes to be
available. If there are too few dialog processes or if the number of
available dialog processes is lower than the sum of the batch and
update processes, then you can not use parallel processing.
You may have to create a new operation mode and activate it in order to
execute periodic replacement.
