Quelle est la cause de ce problème?

You are trying to clear an open item, which is assigned to the account
of the invoicing service provider &V1&. In deregulated scenarios you can
only clear open items per payment using a distribution lot. A
distribution lot is a special type of payment lot in FI-CA.

Clearing is not possible.

Comment corriger cette erreur?

You have the following alternative options:
Use transaction <LS>FP05</> to manually create a distribution lot, and
fill the selection criteria <LS>P</> for the <LS>invoicing party</>
Create a distribution lot in one of the following ways:
From the bill processing
From the aggregated payment
From the clearing reset
You can find the corresponding transactions in the <LS>SAP Utilities</>
menu, under <ZK><ZH> </></> <LS>Intercompany Data Exchange -> Generate
Postings and Display Account Balance > Process Distribution Lot</>.
