Quelle est la cause de ce problème?

You have attempted to enter a meter reading reason for which you are
not permitted to create a meter reading order internally.
In this case you can only enter the reason if a meter reading order
already exists. The order can only be created within the appropriate
process transaction. Outside this transaction, generation of meter
reading orders is rejected.
The above applies to the following meter reading reasons:

<LS>Customer service</> -> <LS>Process execution</> -> <LS>Move-out</>
-> <LS>Move-out -> Create/Change</>
