Quelle est la cause de ce problème?

Default values can be stored in the regional structure for the
<LS>meter reading unit</> and <LS>temperature area</> fields.
The temperature area can be proposed via the address of the premise;
the proposal for the meter reading unit is also dependent on division
category and billing class.
No data could be proposed from the regional structure based on the data
constellation you have pre-set.
This could be for the following reasons:
The default values are not stored in the regional structure (city or
street)
The premise entered does not exist or it has no link to the regional
structure
The division or the billing class has invalid values
There are technical problems in the system
