Quelle est la cause de ce problème?

The message indicates that the last activation of the table or
structure was triggered by the deletion of the append structure or a
customizing include.
The table or structure had an append structure or customizing include
appended to it. The deletion of the append structure or customizing
include was executed, and so a subsequent activation of the dependent
table or structure which had previously appended the fields of the
append structure or customizing include was necessary.
This was to remove the fields of the append structure or customizing
include from the dependent table or structure.
For tables the automatically triggered subsequent activation must be
completed by adjustment in the database, which is noted in the log. The
adjustment in the database is supported by the database utility.
