<DS:TRAN.CVP_UNBLOCK_MD>CVP_UNBLOCK_MD</>). Unblock the general data of
supplier &v1& first.
If you do not have authorization to unblock master data, use transaction
<DS:TRAN.BUP_REQ_UNBLK>BUP_REQ_UNBLK</> to request unblocking.
