Quelle est la cause de ce problème?

It was not possible to load the saved search requested.
This may happen for the following reasons:
The saved seach refers to search criteria, which became outdated after
the underlying development object had been changed.
Navigational customizing for the underlying UI object is invalid.
The search view has not been implemented properly.

The saved search was not loaded.

Comment corriger cette erreur?

Update the saved search.
Contact your system administrator if the update does not solve your
problem or in case you do not have the required authorization.

Procédure pour les administrateurs système

Check navigational customizing related to the so underlying called "UI
object".
Check the content of the corresponding records in table CRMD_SHORTCUT*
and CRMT_DYN_QUERY
Eventually contact a software developer.
