The operations calls are handled via Enhancement Spot
CRM_MKTTG_TG_OPERATION_HANDLER.
The operations MERGE, REMOVE, INTERSECTand JOIN are handled directly via
implementations of this Enhancement Sport.
The customizable operations are handled via the Enhancement Spots
CRM_MKTTG_TG_OP_IMPL_* (where * stands for CUST, DEDUP, OTHER, REDUCE
and SPLIT).
