After several attempts, the system was not able to generate an ID that
can be locked. This may due to the fact that marketing projects already
exist with the IDs that were used or to a problem with the ENQUEUE
server.

If the problem persists after several attempts at changing the ID
manually, contact your system administrator.

The most common cause of this error message is that it is no longer
possible to access the ENQUEUE server. The cause of this may be that
either the ENQUEUE server itself, or the message server that establishes
the connection between the application server and the ENQUEUE server in
a local system, is no longer running.
