This message is shown in the application log instead and you're not able
to save the changes until the inconsisteny is removed.

Comment corriger cette erreur?

You can try to find the inconsistency by yourself so that you're able to
save the object. Check your recent changes for that.
Alternatively, you can leave the object maintenance without saving the
changes.
Please contact the system administrator and tell him how to reproduce
this situation.
