The RFC connection to the Loyalty system is not maintained.

The system is not able to replicate the document links on the Loyalty
server. An error message is logged informing the user of the error.

Comment corriger cette erreur?

Maintain the RFC destination in the SAP Customizing.
To do this, follow the below path -
SAP Customizing Implementation Guide(transaction spro) -> Customer
Relationship Management -> Marketing -> Loyalty Management in BBPCRM ->
Basic Settings -> Select 'Define Basic Settings'
For the key 'LOYALTY_SYSTEM', maintain the appropriate RFC connection
name which points to the Loyalty system. The list of RFC connections can
be found in transaction sm59.
