A potential exercise date for changing the lessee has to be at the end
of a period for all financing items in the document.
You tried to change the lessee for a document for which no potential
exercise date could be determined.
Example:
A document consists of two financing items:
1. Start of lease 01/01/2003, quarterly payments
2. Start of lease 02/01/2003, quarterly payments
The period boundaries for the first financing item are 01/01, 04/01,
07/01, and 10/01, while the period boundaries for the second financing
item are 02/01, 05/01, 08/01, and 11/01. Therefore, no shared period
boundary can be determined.

Split the contract by quantity such that the lessee can be changed in
each of the new documents.
