Comment corriger cette erreur?

Check whether Customizing for the credentialing application is complete
and correct. While analyzing the error, be aware that the the cause of
the error is not at the point where the error occurred, but that the
preceding activity failed.
If the error occurs at the start of the application, check if the global
variants for the users and credentialing application have been set
correctly.
