This may be due to the following reasons:
A program error occurred:
In the SAP system
In the <DS:GLOS.9E1CCF44B0CAD411B11B0008C784EFB1>SAP ODA Connector</>
On the OPC server
The namespace configuration on the OPC server contains errors.
The OPC server does not support namespace browsing.

Check the following:
