The entry you have made is too long. A product ID is restricted to a
maximum length of 18 characters.
Products correspond to materials. In the SAP system, materials have a
maximum length of 18 characters, however products can have up to 40
characters in the CRM system. If you transfer data from the CRM system
to an SAP system and want to avoid extensive mapping, product IDs should
not contain more than 18 characters. This will facilitate the transfer
to the SAP system.
