&V4& is assigned to an importing parameter of this rule.
Fixed value &V4& is <ZH>not</> compatible with the format of the
parameter. The reason could be that the entered value is longer than the
length of the dictionary type of the parameter. Another cause could be a
type conflict, for example the entered value has characters, but the
parameter type allows only numerals.
