Quelle est la cause de ce problème?

The system cannot find .EXT files in the export directory. The system
expects the .EXT files in the export directory under .../ABAP/DATA.

The system cannot load the table size from the .ext files, and cannot
estimate the database size for the shell system.

Comment corriger cette erreur?

Check whether the .EXT files exist and where they are located. If the
files exist move them to the expected directory (.../ABAP/DATA/) to run
this activity.
If the .ext files do not exist check the "Export Preparation" step of
the Software Provisioning Manager. It might be that no .ext files were
created. If this is the case, the optional steps to estimate a target
database size cannot be performed. Note that it is still possible to
manually set the target database size in the activity <ZK>Finalize
Database Size of Shell System</>, and proceed with the shell creation
process.
