This error may have occurred after a long wait time. In the user
parameter SAPCMS_CHECK_TO you can define a timeout in seconds, which
specifies the maximum time the system waits while checking the
destination SAPCMS. When this parameter is set, the destination
SAPCMS is checked asynchronously in a separate session. If a new
session cannot be opened, the check is made synchronously. A
successful synchronous check is much quicker than an asynchronous check,
which is why the
parameter should only be used if this problem occurs frequently.
