within its validity interval whose usage overlaps the usage of the
specification.
The status of the status entry protects the data from being processed.
To prevent the change you just made from generating new
status-protected data or from deleting existing status-protected data,
the change is rejected by the system.

The two usages overlap as follows:
Rating &V1&
Validity area (country/plant/...) &V2& &V3&
Day &V4&
