You want to import environmentally related data records in the system
using a spreadsheet file from the file system. However, the data
collection definition with external source <LS>&V2&</> in the system is
configured to not allow overwriting of amount records.

overwriting.

To import the amount records from the file in the data collection
definition, deselect the option that prevents overwriting.
