The cost estimate for material &V1& in plant &V2& belonged to a block of
materials which were to be combined in a financial accounting document.
One of the materials in this block, however, contained an error (see
error &V3& &V4& in log). This means that the block could not be
released.

Every material in this block receives the status 'FF' - released with
errors.

Localize and correct the error, and release again.
