You want to change the usage of a

PRT is already used in <GL:standard_task_list>task lists</> or
<GL:work_order>work orders</> which are no longer allowed according to
the new usage.

Select another usage or remove the production resource/tool from those
task lists or work orders which are no longer permitted according to
the new usage.
