Changes to change objects for the ECO you selected are complete and
released.
The system status of the ECO is also released.
You can no longer process objects with reference to this change number.
If you want to check the change master record, choose
<DS:TRAN.CC33>Display ECR</>.
If you want to create a new change master record, choose
<DS:TRAN.CC31>Create ECR</>.
