You have not made an entry to define the effectivity of the change
number. You have to define the date on which a change number becomes
active for objects when you create a change master record.

Enter a date in the <ZH>Valid from</> field.
Note:
You can also define alternative dates and allocate selected objects to
these dates. This means that you define the <ZH>valid-from</> date with
reference to an individual object.
