COCI_CONFIRM_MATERIAL_CONS). This destination contains the target
field <LS>Indicator: final issue</> with the permitted values " "
(blanks) or <LS>X</>. However, in the process message category, a
characteristic has been assigned to this target field whose value in
the current message is not within this value range.
The message cannot be processed by the destination &V1&.
