the version of the commission contract that you have saved inactively
should later be rejected, the staff assignment change still remains in
all the active versions of this contract.

If the parked contract version is rejected and the staff assignment
change it contains is not to be kept, then you need to reconstruct the
old status in a new staff assignment change that has the same effective
start date.
