You want to create a program position in the enterprise organization
and at the same time assign the program position to an organizational
unit. However, the validity period determined for this assignment is
completely outside of the approval year of the investment program, to
which the new program position should belong.
The start date of the assignment has to be within the approval year of
the investment program.
