You tried to change the controlling area of an investment program
position, although there are already measures assigned to this
position.
Making this change is not possible. The program position and the
measures always have to belong to the same controlling area.

Changing the controlling area is not allowed.

Comment corriger cette erreur?

If you want to change the controlling area, you first have to delete
all of the assignments of measures to the position.
