As the result of entering planned investment or overhead costs in year
&V1&, the cumulative value (added over all years) of investment and
overhead costs exceeds the maximum number of pre-decimal places (&V2&)
after the tranlation from &V3& to &V4&.
The maximum allowed number of pre-decimal places in the planning table
is based on the currency-specific number of decimal places and the
scaling factor that you entered in the planning profile.

Adjust the plan values for investment costs and overhead so that the
