Quelle est la cause de ce problème?

With rent adjustments according to Swiss law, the adjustment date is
calculated from the entered "valid from" date and the notice
arrangement in the rental agreement. In this case, only the rental unit
was adjusted (either a rental agreement was not defined or only rental
units were to be adjusted).
Since the adjustment date cannot be calculated here, the "next standard
notice date" is used. However, this was not specified on the initial
screen.
