Planning records for the debit position are generated as of the
capitilization date and not before. Due to this, the first debit
position must be before the rental end.
No changes of the conditions can be implemented to commercial
agreements being concluded as of this date. This date must be between
the date of rental start and rental end.

Enter the capitilization date or the contract date selecting the one
that is before the rental end. If required, change the rental end
(menu: rental agreement).
