Quelle est la cause de ce problème?

The gender of the insured person is stored in the tenth and eleventh
digit of the PI insurance. If the insured is a male, the tenth digit is
lower than 5. For other genders (female, non-binary, undeclared), the
tenth digit is greater than 4.

If the gender stored in the master data does not match the tenth digit
of the PI number, the system issues a warning message.

Please check the PI number. If your entry is correct, contact the health
insurance fund.
