Quelle est la cause de ce problème?

The "Graphical Screen Painter" setting is active in your case. You
wanted to branch to layout processing. The graphical Screen Painter,
however, is not available. The reasons for this can be:
- You are not using any GUI for Windows.
- The system cannot find the program for the graphical Screen Painter.
- The program for the graphical Screen Painter cannot be called.
- You are using a Window system for which the graphical Screen Painter
is not supported.

For the duration of its session, the Screen Painter switches off the
setting "Graphical Layout Editor" and continues with the screen for the
alphanumeric Screen Painter.

Comment corriger cette erreur?

You can permanently change the setting "Graphical Screen Painter" at any
time by activating or deactivating the setting through the menu path
Settings -> Graphical Screen Painter ... This change takes effect
immediately and remains for the duration of the Screen Painter session.
