defined further in your user profile via combinations of field values
for BOM usage and authorization group.
Your current user profile does not allow you to create this variant.

Consult your system manager responsible for authorizations. The value
range in your user profile may need to be changed.
If no change is planned, inform your system manager responsible for BOM
maintenance.
