The system tried to start the application for the file &V1&. Usually,
the application is started on the front end so that files of this type
can be processed. If a process belonging to this program has recently
been interrupted, this process may have been left in an undefined
state. If there is a process like this in the task list on your front
end, and this process is not running under any application, this
process may be preventing the application from starting.

If you are sure that the process in question is not required, use the
Task Manager to close it and re-try the failed activity.
