The <GL:quota_arrangement>quota arrangement</> can only be revised if
nobody is currently processing <GL:purchase_order>purchase orders</>,
<GL:purchase_requisition>requisitions</>, <GL:planned_order>planned
orders</>, <GL:production_order>production orders</>, or the quota
arrangement in question.
Choose another point in time to revise the quota arrangement, when you
are sure that no user is processing any of the documents affected, or
revise the quota arrangement without using the document blocking
facility.
