Quelle est la cause de ce problème?

By entering a reference user for a user, the user is granted the
authorizations of the reference user. These authorizations are
withdrawn from the user when you delete this reference user.
The system checks whether the user administrator is allowed to manually
enter and delete these authorizations using role and profile
assignment.
If the check fails, the assignment of the reference user cannot be
changed.
