Because of the missing authorization, the system does not allow
assignment of a profile name to a single role (transactions PFCG, PF
CGMASSVAL, and SUPC) or the creation of manual profiles in transaction
SU02.
Contact your user administrator and ask them to assign you the missing
authorizations.
